Ford Fiesta XR2i 1.8 16V Zetec not running properly (warm start)

This is a warm start, and I think related to this problem: www.youtube.com I am NOT touching the throttle! I have changed the spark plugs, cleaned the injectors, new fuel filter, checked most of the sensors, but still not running properly. When the throttle is slowly opened, everything is reasonably fine. But when you open it suddenly, the engine stalls. Sometimes it recovers and revs up and you would hear some coughs. Sometimes it just dies.
